Choosing the right answer
GUIDING OTHERS TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT PATH

The Program

The Certification Training
The Certification is for those desiring to be recognized in their work environment as professional organizational Ethics trainers and who seek to be recognized for their work in Applied Ethics and choosing to become professional practitioners.

Among desired attributes an individual should possess is on-the-job work experience and a strong self-aware want for developing expertise in the field of character and values development.

In order to be best prepared for it, individuals seeking recognition as an expert and trainer should look for those opportunities to demonstrate  learning experience and current proficiency in training in applied ethics applications to be taken seriously by peers, associates, and employers. Those who do not possess such practical skills will be frustrated by the requirement to be both objective and understanding of those who do not quite measure up in the areas of personal moral development. Simply put, your understanding may not be their understanding and although you can understand their position, they may never understand yours unless you help them bridge that gap. We give you the tools to "make it so".

Pragmatic Ethical Training
Ethics is neither clear cut, nor black and white. Solutions are often murky and require considerable critical thinking. This can easily frustrate a new learner who has not had sufficient  exposure and experience in the workplace to realize that there are rarely 'right or wrong' solutions and answers. What is considered moral and ethical to one may never be moral or ethical to another. Your training will guide you on how, if ever faced with such a dilemma, on how to bridge the gap.

Professionals, educators and individuals desiring to work in their home nations and train others might consider being a CEFE Ethics FELLOWSHIP  recipient and are encouraged to apply for the program offered by the Center for Ethics in Free Enterprise. Fellowships are only available to those who apply for and are accepted into the CEFE Fellowship Program or who are already professional practitioners of applied ethics. CEFE Fellows
devote their time and energy to developing ethics awareness programs in their communities and in their environment.
